I am having problems with the Silmid.com website, what do I do?

I cannot Sign In?

Please make sure you have entered the correct login details. Your username will usually be your email address. If you have changed your email address for any reason and need to be linked to the correct account please Contact Customer Service.

The password I have is not working?

Remembering passwords is a pain, if you do not save the password in your web browser or using one of the password keeper apps that are available on mobile phones, you can select Forgot password, and an email with a reset link will be sent to you.

I cannot see my agreed discounted prices?

Your username will be linked to your Company Account. If for any reason you are not linked this may explain why you are not seeing the agreed prices you are expecting.

The quickest fix is to contact your Account Manager using the contact details displayed on your My Account page.
