Can I order for delivery outside the UK via the website?
Yes, Silmid.com is designed to support complex and export ordering requirements. Make sure you have registered and have completed the Delivery Address correctly so that the website can calculate your shipping cost correctly.
Do you always ship goods DAP?
This is the most popular option for customers and our team will select the most appropriate method to ship goods to your consignee address. Goods are packed and all required shipping paperwork is managed by our team.
If you have a preferred carrier that you work with you can opt to have goods collected on your own account by choosing the FCA option at checkout.

International customers can choose to have their order shipped directly to an address in the requested delivery country. The charge for this is variable based on the goods being Hazardous or not and the weight of the consignment(s). This service covers a large number of countries but some are excluded. If you do not see this option then your destination county is not supported and you can choose FCA and arrange your own shipping. |

I want to use my own carrier to collect goods which option should I use?
Select one of the FCA (Free Carrier INCOTERMS 2020) delivery options and you can nominate your own carrier to come and collect the goods from our Distribution Centre.
Note: All required paperwork is provided and the goods will be packed based on your delivery country.
We work with all of the major carriers and have daily pickups by FedEx, DHL, and UPS. You must provide your carrier account number to enable our team to book shipments on your preferred carrier.
