UK Standard Delivery
All orders will be delivered according to the delivery options selected during the checkout process.
Standard UK Delivery for online orders over £100 is FREE*
Standard UK Delivery for orders below £100 placed online is £15.00
If you want to email your order and have it processed manually by our services team a higher delivery charge will be required on your PO.
Standard UK Delivery for ALL orders placed via email is £24.00
If you need your delivery urgently then we do offer some express delivery options.
Note: For delivery to Northern Ireland please see the information later in this article.

Same day collection available for orders received before 10:00 (GMT) Monday-Thursday
25% re-stocking fee will be charged for orders not collected within 5 business days.

Note: The Trade Counter is only open Monday to Tursday 8.30am - 4.30pm (excluding National Holidays)

Consolidated Delivery
Business Customers that need to place a large number of orders during a week can request a consolidated weekly delivery. For this option we will usually ship all product available across all open orders on a single delivery on an agreed weekday.
Once agreed the Consolidated Delivery option will appear as a delivery option at the checkout, please contact us to set up this option.
Aggregated Delivery
Business Customers that need to place a large number of orders during a week can request a consolidated weekly delivery. For this option we ship each order as it is completed but hold them together and delivery on a pallet once a week to save individual shipping charges on each order.
Once agreed the Consolidated Delivery option will appear as a delivery option at the checkout, please contact us to set up this option.
Same Day Delivery
It is possible to arrange a Same Day Delivery but the order must be received before 10:00am (GMT) and be to an allowed post code (see above).
Caution: Same day delivery is NOT available outside the UK.
We will use a specialist courier to perform the same day delivery and the cost will be subject to quote based on the volume of the delivery and the destination post code.
Delivery to Northern Ireland Post Codes
Due to the post Brexit agreements made by UK Government, we are now having to treat shipments to Northern Ireland the same as export orders for any other country.
This is not ideal and we have had to make changes to our internal process to accommodate these orders. FedEx and other carriers are now charging export rates for shipments to Northern Ireland, Silmid.com has chosen to absorb these costs to ensure we are doing everything possible to support our customers in Northern Ireland.
If you are based in Northern Ireland please ensure we have the correct EORI XI number for your business to prevent snags and hold-ups when shipping to "BT" post codes.
