Can I have an OEM Certificate of Conformity?

Yes, you can download an OEM CoC from Silmid.com

Option 1: Click here to see your OEM Certificates 

Option 2: Login to your My Account page and locate the OEM Certificates link on the Quick Access navigation bar. (See below)

TIPS:

  1. Make sure you have your GRN/SRC number, this is located on the Product Barcode and on the Shipment Certificate sent with your order. 
  2. Enter your SRC number in the search bar and click search.
  3. Click on the required document where you will be able to download or print a copy.
