Products that contain SVHC need to be identified and confirmed through the checkout process. Products will only be for use in specific applications and your confirmation of this is required at checkout.
Can I purchase a product that has authorisation for a specific use?
The process for ordering products that contain SVHCs is a little different to our usual process. Follow the steps below when ordering affected products.
Step 1: Add the product to your basket as normal
Step 2: Proceed to the basket once all the relevant items have been added. Products that contain SVHCs will be clearly defined in the basket.
Step 3: Once you are happy with your basket proceed to the secure checkout and follow the usual steps, select your delivery address, choose your delivery option.
Step 4: As part of the new process, you will now see a new checkout step called “SVHC Acknowledgement”. Here you will be required to read and acknowledge the documents relating to the affected products. Once you have read the documents tick the box and click continue.
Caution: If you do not tick the box, you will not be able to proceed with your order
Step 6: Review and confirm your order as normal. Products containing SVHCs will be clearly defined on the review confirmation screen and in your email confirmation.
