How do I check a shipment progress?
Check shipment progress or proof of delivery
To check the progress of a shipment or to get a Proof of Delivery, please sign into your Silmid.com account and go to the My Account section of the website. Then click on Transactions and go to My Shipments. You can view the tracking number for all of your shipments there. If there is no tracking number or you are having problems accessing a POD (Proof of Delivery) then please let us know.
