How do I check a shipment progress?

To check the progress of a shipment or to get a Proof of Delivery,
 
Step 1: Sign into your My Account page on Silmid.com.
 
Step 2: Go to Shipments. From here you can view the tracking number for all of your shipments.
 
NOTE: If there is no tracking number or you are having problems accessing a POD (Proof of Delivery) then please let us know by Contacting Customer Service.
