We do not currently work with commission agents.
Can you include commission on quotes?
Silmid do not work with commission agents. If you are a trade buyer our quotations are provided for resale only. You will need on prepare a quotation for your customer at a value that covers any of your own commercial costs.
Can I become your sales agent in my country?
All of our sales are via the Silmid.com website and subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. As a trade reseller, you are welcome to buy from us although we will reserve the right to validate your organisation and decline to accept your order if we do not feel comfortable supplying goods to you.
Verification and ID checks
Due to the large levels of internet fraud, we will take steps to verify the credentials of any potential customer and we would expect any genuine business to be able to provide the required documentation or information to verify and validate their identity.
Can I have a trade discount?
We offer a range of pricing solutions to meet trade reseller needs. Any discussion of pricing will be subject to a commercial review by our team of either the sales opportunity or your transactions with us to date.
