You can then schedule a time to pick up your order from our warehouse. For same day collection please order before 11:00AM  - Our Trade Counter operates on Monday - Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and is conveniently located at: **Note:** Please remember to bring your Order Confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order. ### Do I need to bring an ID? No, you only need to have your Order Confirmation e-mail so that we can ensure you are given the correct goods.  ### **Is parking convenient?** Yes, we have reserved parking spaces at the front of our building and you enter through **DOOR 3 - Trade Counter**. **Tip:** Follow this link to [Google Maps](https://g.page/silmid?share) for details of our location. Press the doorbell, and a member of our team will assist you by verifying your Order Confirmation before handing over your items. ### Uncollected Click & Collect Orders If you do not collect your order as scheduled, the items will be returned to our inventory.
