Yes, our fulfilment centre in Coleshill provides a click and collect service from our trade counter.
How do I order for Click and Collect?
It's super easy, simply select Collection from the delivery options when you checkout.
How long does it take for a click and collect order to be ready?
Please allow 1 hour for your goods to be processed.
Caution: You must bring your Order Confirmation with you when you come to collect.
Do I need to bring an ID?
No, you only need to have your Order Confirmation e-mail so that we can ensure you are given the correct goods.
Can I park easily?
Yes, we have reserved parking spaces at the front of our building and you enter through DOOR 3 - Trade Counter.

Uncollected orders
If an order is not collected as requested the goods will be returned to stock and a restocking fee (20% of the Invoice value) will be deducted from your account.
