Yes, our fulfilment centre in Coleshill provides a click and collect service from our trade counter.
How do I order for Click and Collect?
It's super easy, simply select Collection from the delivery options when you checkout.
How long does it take for a click and collect order to be ready?
When your collection is ready an email will be sent from our sales team containing your collection reference, you can then arrange to pick up your order from our warehouse.
The Trade Counter is open weekdays from 8.30am to 4.30pm and is located in the centre front of our distribution centre.
For same day collection please order before 2.00pm
Caution: You must bring your Order Confirmation with you when you come to collect.
Do I need to bring an ID?
No, you only need to have your Order Confirmation e-mail so that we can ensure you are given the correct goods.
Can I park easily?
Yes, we have reserved parking spaces at the front of our building and you enter through DOOR 3 - Trade Counter.

Ring the bell and a member of our team will come and check your Order Confirmation and hand over your goods.
Uncollected orders
If an order is not collected as requested the goods will be returned to stock and a restocking fee (20% of the Invoice value) will be deducted from your account.
