Silmid.com emails a sales invoice to the contact that created the sales order. All invoices for the UK include VAT. You can download copies from the website.
Can I get copies online?
Yes, this is the quickest and easiest way to get a copy of an invoice.
Step 1: Log in to see the My Account section
Step 2: and click on the Invoices link in the main navigation.
Step 3: From the list of Invoices click on the one you want to review and print a copy to PDF.
Tip: You can also access a Statement of Account, click the link from the Quick Access Bar
How long does it take to get a hard copy?
We do not supply hard copy invoices any longer. All Invoices are available online.
If there is an issue that means an Invoice is missing or causes a problem when downloading our credit control team will usually provide a copy via email within 72 hours. It is always much quicker to get a copy online.
I have a query about my invoice what should I do?
You can use the contact us form on the Silmid.com website or email your query to info at silmid dot com.
Caution: To avoid delay please ensure you include the Silmid Order Number in your subject line.
